Pleasantville Man, 51, Charged With DWI In Hawthorne

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- Robert O'Keeffe, a 51-year-old Pleasantville resident, has been charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor on Friday, according to New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks.

Police said troopers were dispatched to investigate a property damage auto accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway.

Following an investigation by troopers, O’Keeffe was found to be intoxicated, police said.

O’Keeffe was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Mount Pleasant Court, on Thursday, April 23.
