PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – A 53-year-old Pleasantville man faces an aggravated DWI charge, a misdemeanor, after he drove with a blood-alcohol-level of 26 percent, state police said.

Police stopped the man after he switched lanes “unsafely” on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh on Saturday around 2 a.m.

Officers took the man to state police headquarters in Hawthorne, where he took a breath test.

The man is due back in Greenburgh Town Court on May 6.
