Timothy J. Camper, 49, was arrested after he was discovered inside the Pawling Engineered Products building unlawfully. When confronted by an employee of the building, Camper fled on foot. Camper was located a short time later and taken into custody, according to State Police.
Camper was charged with third-degree burglary and was held at Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 cash bail, State Police said.
