Police confirmed that New Rochelle resident Patrick Felix Menezes used a “realistic-looking pellet gun”early on Tuesday morning when he demanded cash at the Dunkin’ Donuts location on East Main Street.

Officers were dispatched to the doughnut store at approximately 4 a.m on Tuesday morning, when an employee reported that a man dressed in all black with a gun robbed the store, demanding cash before taking off on foot. An investigation into the robbery led police to Menezes. No one was injured in the incident.

Menezes was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery, police said. He is currently being held pending arraignment.
