New York State Police, Hudson Valley Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, Homeland Security Investigations’ (HIS) Border Enforcement Security Task Force, and the New York City Police Department Narcotics arrested Maurice Goldentaier, 34, who is facing multiple charges after being busted with the controlled substance.

An investigation into Goldentaier with the assistance of the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office led to the execution of Goldentaier’s residence on Fairway Green in Mamaroneck. Upon execution of the warrant, police said that Goldentaier was in possession of Gamma-Butyrolactone, more commonly known as GBL, with the intent to sell. He was also found in possession of methamphetamine.

Goldentaier was arrested and charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Following arraignment, Goldentaier was released on his own recognizance. He is due back in the Village of Mamaroneck Court later this year to answer the charges.
