Cuomo: There Was Never Gag Order On Moreland Commission

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo has said there was never a gag order on discussion of the disbanding of the Moreland Commission, but that he has discussed the issue "to death," according to the Democrat and Chronicle.

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara took Cuomo to task earlier in the week when he said the governor was never told to remain silent on the issue, the Democrat and Chronicle said. 

Cuomo did not comment on whether or not his camp was being investigated by Bharara following the disbanding of the Moreland Commission, the Democrat and Chronicle reported.
