Legislator Michael Smith Declines To Run For Re-Election

ARMONK, N.Y. -- Westchester County Legislator Michael Smith announced he will not seek an additional term representing District 3, according to All About Armonk.

Smith, who is also the President of Berkeley College in White Plains, said he made the decision in order to better focus on the students and associates at the college, All About Armonk said.
