DiLemme, who was born and raised in Yonkers, moved to Mt. Pleasant 30 years ago where she raised her children, who are graduates of the Mt. Pleasant schools. During their tenure, DiLemme served on numerous PTA committees, and also served 12 years as a board member for the Mount Pleasant Recreation Department.
“Carolyn is a high-energy, detail-oriented person. Ms. DiLemme is also co-owner, along with her husband Paul, of The Art Barn in Ossining, a custom framing shop they purchased about six years ago. Carolyn runs the business side, as well as helping with design and installation, while her husband handles the custom frame work.
