Free Mortgage Seminars Planned In Westchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A.S.A.P. Mortgage will host free seminars for first-time homebuyers in July in Cortlandt Manor and Yonkers.

The Cortlandt Manor seminar will be held on Tuesday, July 28 from 6-7:30 p.m. the A.S.A.P. office at 3565 Crompound Road.

The Yonkers seminar will be held on Wednesday, July 29, at the same time at the Grinton I. Will Public Library at 1500 Central Park Ave.

Topics in the seminar include understanding the home search process, when is the time to begin a home search, how important is pre-qualification and how does it impact an offer, and the Star Exemption.
