“Members met to set up and welcome middle school students with fresh bagels for a good cause,” said student government adviser Laura Gualtiere. “They donated the proceeds to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of the Hudson Valley.”

Students discussed which charities they wanted to raise funds for this school year and chose the LLS as one of the desired recipients. The bagel sale resulted in a $165 donation to the LLS.
