MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. – Students from Mount Pleasant have earned several awards and honors while at school and college:
- Thornwood resident Diana Fletcher graduated from Union College.
- Pleasantville residents Graham Williamson and Huan Nguyen were named to the dean's list at Connecticut College.
- Pleasantville resident James Ostrow graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor's degree in finance.
- Valhalla resident Jillian Brady and Thornwood resident Victoria Maio were named to the dean's list at the University of Scranton.
- Hawthorne resident Arianna Varuolo-Clarke was named to the dean's list at Lyndon State College.
- The University Delaware named several students to its dean's list: Pleasantville residents Lauren Berlin, Madeline Lopez, Thomas Margiasso, Melissa Peterkin, Marisa Portanova, Andrew Slosberg, Jennifer Sparano, Justin Tomack and Alexander Vellios; Hawthorne residents Bridget Boccio and Nicholas DiMiceli; Thornwood residents Nicole DiNardo, Audrey Landmark and Anthony Monaco; and Valhalla resident Joseph Massaro.
- Pleasantville resident Samantha Schilsky graduated from Lawrence University with a bachelor's degree in art.
- Valhalla resident Allison Cea was named to the president's list at Siena College.
