VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Brody McGuinn, former quarterback for the Valhalla Jr. Vikings, made the move to the White Plains Tigers of the Pop Warner football league and led his new team to a 35-6 bowl victory over Shrub Oak on Sunday.

McGuinn credits head coach Jim Huebner with helping him to make the transition to a new team and a whole new level of football. “The guys from White Plains are all great and Coach Hub accepted me like I had been playing here for years,” he said.

McGuinn will play again this week against the Harrison Huskies in the seventh-grader's only bowl game.
