The No. 2 seed batted fiercely supported by stellar pitching from Brendan O'Neill. They enjoyed a 10-run sixth inning to topple the top-seeded Briarcliff varsity boys squad at Palisades Credit Union Park in Pomona.

O'Neill retired the side in the bottom of the sixth to complete a six-hitter.
