Valhalla's DeMillo Ranked Second Nationally As College Softball Player

VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Madeline DeMilio, a Valhalla resident and SUNY Cobleskill women's softball team member, was ranked second nationally in the NCAA Division III National Statistical Leaders for her batting average and runs for the week ending Sunday, April 19.

Here is rundown of DeMilio's stats:

Her batting average throu 18 games is with a mark of .569 thru, she is second in runs scored per game at 1.67 per contest, fourth in doubles per game at .61 per game and seventh in on-base percentage at .603 and 20th in slugging percentage at .892

DeMilio was also named DeMilio the league's 2014 North Division Player-of-the-Year by the conference's coaches.
