A crash that initially blocked the left lane caused stop-and-go delays on the southbound Taconic State Parkway near the Putnam/Northern Westchester border for much of the Wednesday morning commute.

The crash occurred at Croton Reservoir Bridge, with delays to Bear Mountain State Parkway.
