Slippery Driving Conditions Persist In Mount Pleasant After Nor'easter

The after effects of the Nor'easter that swept through the area Monday night into Tuesday will continue through Tuesday evening and into early Wednesday morning, particularly in areas farther north.

Rain, snow, freezing rain and sleet are likely before midnight and could create slippery driving conditions. There is then a slight chance of snow and sleet between midnight and 3 a.m.

The overnight low will be around 30 will the wind-chill factor making it feel more like it's between 20 and 25 degrees.

Total nighttime snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny and warmer with a high in the mid-40s, but prevailing winds in the morning will make it feel much colder.
