Westchester Set For Annual Jewish Music, Arts Festival VALHALLA, N.Y. -- It's going to be a day filled with Jewish music. The 43rd Annual Westchester Jewish Music and Arts Festival will be held on Sunday, Aug. 20 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla. The festival is presented by The Westchester Jewish Council and The Westchester Klezmer Program in cooperation with Westchester County Parks. BluePath Service Dogs, based in Hopewell Junction, is hosting its first annual walkathon at FDR State Park in Yorktown Heights on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The walkathon will raise funds to support the organization's mission to provide autism service dogs to families in need.  The organization began last year to help meet the needs of the community after Guiding Eyes folded its autism guide dog program.
