Learn About Indian Cooking In Mount Pleasant Library Class

MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- On Monday Feb. 29 at 6:30 p.m., join local author Rinku Bhattacharya for a presentation about Indian cooking.

Rinku will discuss the essential Indian spices and demonstrate an authentic Indian dish, which participants will have the opportunity to taste. Rinku is the author of two books, "Bengali Five Spice Chronicles," and "Simple, Sustainable Indian Flavors." She writes about how to mesh Indian flavors with local Hudson Valley ingredients.
