Dylan will be performing in Port Chester on June 13, 14 and 15. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the concerts start at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale at noon on Friday.
Born Robert Allen Zimmerman, Dylan grew up listening to folk, county, rhythm and blues, and early rock in Hibbing, Minn. His early mentors were Woody Guthrie and Little Richard.
After Dylan moved to Greenwich Village, he started writing some his iconic songs, like "Blowin' in the Wind" and "A Hard Rain's Gonna Fall."
His more surreal epics -- "Desolation Row" and "Like a Rolling Stone" – helped frame the social upheavals of the 1960s.
