The pavilion was destroyed by fire in December.

There will be potential bidders around the site to enable them to prepare a competitive bid.

Other experts will double check that the 14-inch pavilion floor (“roof” of the pool facilities) can be rehabilitated.

An architect will review the 16-year-old plans to the pavilion to bring it into code as part of the overall planning and design process.

The pool and pool deck facilities are targeted for completion by the traditional Memorial Day opening and enhanced summer camp operation.
