Foundation Run By Bill, Hillary Clinton Denies Steering Money To Friends

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The foundation run by Hillary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton is denying accusations of pledging $2 million in 2010 to a firm owned by family friends, according to reports.

The Clinton Global Initiative supported the work of Energy Pioneer Solutions, a firm owned by personal friends and a former Democratic Congressional candidate from Nebraska, Wall Street Journal reports..

Bill Clinton also endorsed Energy Pioneer Solutions for a $812,000 federal grant, Wall Street Journal reports.

One 29 percent owner, Julie Tauber McMahon of Chappaqua, is a frequent visitor to the Clinton home and is the daughter of Joel Tauber, a millionaire donor to the Democratic Party, Wall Street Journal reports.
