“When investing in real estate, look at the following first: location, value, future development potential, leases, income potential and if the property has a story. ‘The Worsted Building’ has history dating back to the early 1900s, and revitalizing this beautiful building will add even more character to the new Carpet Mills Arts District in Yonkers,” said Randolph Rose, President of R.J. Rose Realty.

R.J. Rose Realty purchased the building from Manner Warehouse, Inc. due to its seven floors, central location and 208,000 square feet. The property features concrete walls and floors and two large freight elevators. It can accommodate 53 foot trucks.

The building currently has four tenants and is undergoing renovation to become usable space for artists' commercial lofts or a place for technology companies or a professional school.

Some of the building's floors are already built out as office space, and the space is currently ready for leasing
