A study by state Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli's office found that five school districts were lax about keeping track of changes to students' grades, according to a report in State of Politics.

The study also found a sixth district had kept no history of altered grades at all, State of Politics reported.

The five districts that had little oversight were Arlington, Elmira, Fairport, Freeport and Saratoga Springs; the district that didn't keep track at all was Williamsville, according to State of Politics.
