Three Valhalla Students Win Distinguished Art Awards

VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Valhalla High School juniors Sabrina Bellantoni, Pearse Callaghan and Marc Charbonier received "Distinguished" Art Awards at the New York State Art Teachers Association Portfolio Day.

The students were judged on Saturday at SUNY Purchase College. The students were judged on their artwork and written work, alongside several other students from around the state.

Artwork by Bellantoni, Callaghan and Charbonier, will also be featured in the Valhalla Middle/High School Art Show on Tuesday, May 19, which will take place in the Valhalla Middle and High School lower gyms from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
