On April 29, the VHS Book Club, chaired by teachers Cayne Letizia and Kerry Dinsmore, took a field trip to the top of Bear Mountain.

Together, approximately 30 students and a handful of chaperones, hiked the Appalachian Trail.

Music teacher Dr. Scott Rimm-Hewitt lead the club members through the nature paths. He even played the tuba at the top of the mountain.
