Wrong-Way Driver Causes Rollover Crash On Merritt Parkway, Police Say

A driver who entered the Merritt Parkway the wrong way and drove head-on into oncoming traffic caused a rollover crash, state police told the Connecticut Post.

One driver was sent to the hospital with minor injuries in the crash at about 8:40 p.m. Friday in Trumbull, the Post said. 

The accident occurred on the northbound side of the Merritt between Exits 47 and 48 in Trumbull, the Connecticut Post said.
